Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Art Image Market ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Art Image Market ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. 

All item sizes are measured in inches and not by the metric system. Items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. You will be charged a flat rate at the time of check out to cover shipping costs, unless otherwise noted at checkout, such as for original oil paintings, as they have different packaging and requirements for shipping  We may choose to change the shipping carrier at our discretion, without prior notice.

We will email you, with the email address you provide to confirm your order, once we receive notice of your order and your payment has posted.  We will also notify you when your item has been shipped.  In the case of prints, as each item is individually ordered and printed, please understand that there will be some time between your order and shipping.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Art Image Market is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Art Image Market charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

 Art Image Market reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

If you are not satisfied with your print(s) please return it(them) for a refund within 30 days of purchase, along with any certificates of authenticity. We will not refund the original shipping price and you will be responsible for return shipping charges and any charges associated with international shipping that incur from the return.  

Please contact us for returns or damage to original oil paintings, so that arrangements can be made for your return.
